Your responsibilities
- Processing of customer complaints in accordance with company procedures
- Maintaining and building relationships with customers
- Performing LPA/Product/Process/DTLD/Qualification audits
- Independently analysing and solving quality problems
- Conducting quality reconciliations of delivered products
- Drafting and updating documents and control plans
- Initiating corrective and preventive actions
- Liaising with managers of operational departments
Our requirements
- Engineering/technical education
- Experience in a similar position in the automotive industry (min. 2 years)
- English language skills, allowing for free communication
- Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan tools
- Communication and organisational skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Orientation to objectives and customer needs
