About The Role

Invisible was recently named the 3rd fastest growing AI company in the US. We’re in hypergrowth, and we need a Senior Product Manager to help us scale our Marketplace to new heights. 

You will lead a team of engineers and designers defining the future of our Builder Experience, which is a no-code platform that allows our field engineering teams to quickly build customizations on top of our vast library of reusable processes.  Success for this role will reduce the time required for each customization by our field engineering teams and increase the reusability of our component library. You will report to the Group Product Manager for Builder Experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop deep empathy and an understanding of our builder experience by talking with our Professional Services and Solutions Engineers. 
  • Prioritize using quantitative and qualitative data, and align with stakeholders on the most important problems to solve and how to solve them
  • Lead engineers and designers to spec out and execute on impactful solutions
  • Measure outcomes using key metrics and gather user feedback post-launch
  • Lead quarterly planning and team ceremonies (sprint planning, standup, etc.) for your area
  • Communicate your vision, roadmap, and impact to leadership and the business

What We Need

  • 4-5 years of experience in tech product management for platform/no-code/dev tools products and in a  hyper growth environment
  • Ability to balance long term vision with short term priorities and client needs
  • Ability to communicate at a high-level with leadership while also able to zoom into details with the team and internal subject matter experts 
  • Empathy for our users: their goals, pain points, and how we can improve the product for them
  • Strong ownership mentality

Compensation: 

  • Base: $175,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $220,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
