We are looking for an Customer Experience Ambassador/ Account Manager to join our Diagnostics Division in Sweden. This is a field‑based role focused on managing and developing long‑term customer relationships, supporting strategic growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery to laboratories and healthcare stakeholders.
You will be a trusted partner to our customers and contribute to improved patient care across Sweden.
What You Will Do
Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers
Lead strategic account planning and drive commercial performance
Manage forecasting, revenue delivery and long‑term contract renewals
Conduct regular customer business reviews and identify growth opportunities
Support menu expansion and the introduction of new assays and solutions
Oversee implementation activities with cross‑functional teams after contract signature
Provide ongoing customer coaching, training and proactive service to ensure an excellent experience
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, Engineering, Life Science or a commercial field (preferred)
2–5 years’ experience in the diagnostics industry with a focus on account management
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Good understanding of laboratory workflows (lab experience is an advantage)
Experience in solution selling and stakeholder engagement
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%
