Key Responsibilities

HR & Corporate Responsibility Application Ownership

  • Act as IT application owner or co‑owner for HR and Corporate Responsibility platforms, ensuring stability, clear ownership, and adherence to enterprise standards
  • Maintain accurate application inventories, ownership records, and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate application lifecycle activities with HR, CRO, IT teams, and vendors

Portfolio & Backlog Partnership

  • Partner with HR and Corporate Responsibility stakeholders to manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of technology work
  • Maintain portfolio visibility through clear status, dependency, and delivery reporting
  • Support planning and execution of HR and CRO initiatives and operational requests

Governance, Controls & Compliance

  • Ensure HR and Corporate Responsibility applications meet IT governance, control, and compliance requirements
  • Support audits, control reviews, and documentation requests related to supported systems
  • Partner with governance teams to apply enterprise standards consistently

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Deliver concise, leadership‑ready reporting on application health, risks, and delivery status
  • Respond to stakeholder and executive inquiries with clear, actionable insights
  • Provide updates for recurring operating and review forums

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify gaps in ownership, intake, or reporting and recommend improvements
  • Help reduce ad hoc disruption through clearer prioritization and accountability

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Six+ years of engineering or other IT work experience relevant to the position.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a highly-collaborative environment.
  • Solid understanding and significant experience with modern software development practices, tools, and/or hardware technologies.
  • Solid understanding of IT security best practices.
  • Expertise in one or more technical and/or functional domains relevant to the position.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex technical solutions.
  • Technical skills per the specific position’s requirements.

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
