The Digital Learning Project Manager will report into the Digital Learning and Talent Team and will support the onboarding of new and existing technology into the Citi learning and talent ecosystem.  This role is a project manager primarily focused on tools supporting assessments and content libraries. This role will work closely with Technology partners for end-to-end onboarding or new and existing tools. The onboarding requires working with business partners to analyze and understand all requirements, in addition to supporting our technical partners as this is approved through Citi security, architecture, data privacy and other processes.  This position will play a key role in working closely with stakeholders to prioritize the digital learning tools and roadmap. Vendor and relationship management will also be a key component of this role as this person will work closely with vendors to lead them through the onboarding process. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and support our direction and decisions. The Project Manager will provide advice and counsel related to the technology and operations of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages multiple, complex technology projects including (but not limited to) creation of project plan(s), stakeholder management plan, central project issue log and detailed reporting to senior leaders
• Identify key stakeholders who will participate in project scope definition and identify, document, and understand project dependencies
• Assesses project risk potentials, discover potential complications before they occur and escalation when appropriate
• Applies a proactive approach in routinely tracking the project progress against project goals
• Partners closely with the Operations and Technology teams to define project scope and objectives through implementation
• Works closely with business partners to define and document requirements for the technology solution including integrations within our learning ecosystem
• Consults with business partners to identify issues and problems, generate solutions, and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
• Promotes good working relationships across projects, exemplifying the people skills needed to develop trust and communication among stakeholders: its sponsors, those who will make use of the project's results, those who command the resources needed, and project team members
• Contributes to defining the product roadmap for learning systems and driving enhancements through vendor relationships
• Configures our learning systems to achieve the desired outcome while managing new features and capabilities
• Owns all management reports on a given engagement
• Participate in workgroups for system implementation projects including (but not limited to) change management, communications, and reporting
• Provides leadership and strategic direction for the systems in the learning ecosystem, acting as a product owner and driving prioritization and standardization

 

Qualifications:

• 2 years of project management experience with the ability to develop detailed project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals
• Organized, efficient, and meticulous attention to detail
• Committed self-starter with a demonstrated history of strong work ethic and reliable task completion
• Experience managing vendor relationships, including strong consulting and relationship building skills
• Awareness of onboarding requirements (information security, architecture review, cross border data privacy, SaaS) a plus
• Awareness of risk management process a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of the principles o
• f business analysis
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor content to audiences across clients, development team, and management
• Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional
• Experience working with learning systems a plus
• Experience working with AI strongly recommended

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
