Position Summary You will lead commercial activities in Rohtak to grow our business and improve patient care. You will work with local field colleagues and cross-functional partners to plan and deliver territory strategies, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, and gather practical field insights. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Manage and grow your assigned territory through regular, professional engagement with healthcare professionals and local stakeholders. - Share clear, accurate scientific and clinical information to support better patient care. - Plan and run local educational activities and events that match business and medical priorities. - Use data and field insight to create action plans, monitor results, and adapt activities to meet objectives. - Work closely with colleagues across sales, medical, and operations to deliver coordinated local strategies. - Ensure all activities follow company policy, ethical standards, and local laws and regulations. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field. - At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role; experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage. - Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders. - Comfortable using common digital tools (Word, Excel) and willing to learn CRM and other platforms. - Willingness to work on-site, travel regularly within the assigned territory, and represent the company professionally. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs, or business development. - Experience planning and delivering local medical or educational events. - Ability to analyse market and customer data and translate insights into practical plans. - Familiarity with CRM or sales automation systems. - Strong organisation, planning and time-management skills. - Openness to continuous learning and working collaboratively across functions. Location and Working Pattern This role is based in Rohtak, India. The working pattern is on-site with regular travel across the assigned territory.
