Role Overview:

Provides business consulting, modeling, and analytical decision support to Skyhigh Finance Team, and facilitates data driven decisions.

About the Role

• Work closely with the Finance leads in the development and support of their month end processes, monthly forecast and budgeting processes.

• Manage end to end Skyhigh HC reporting and forecasting for employees & contractors. This individual will work with IT to define requirements and set this up as an automated report.

• Manage Skyhigh Security PO and Non PO Accruals Process, including monthly accrual reviews, and the identification and closure of expiring purchase orders.

• Act as primary Business Partner for the Corporate Support VP based in Bangalore- day to day budget management, monthly forecasts and variance analysis.

• Work closely with Finance leadership in the US & Ireland and actively support ad hoc analyses and fixed monthly/quarterly deliverables including but not limited to; Renewals bookings reports; Gross margin by Product; ARR/CARR monthly flash and forecasting; etc

• Management and review of Skyhigh’s Quarterly Inactive Tenants process and flagging potential customers for account closure.

• Produce periodic performance reports and facilitate business reviews with necessary analysis - tracking, analyzing & reporting Skyhigh’s Business Operations.

• Willingness to work during U.S. hours on occasion

About You:

• 5-8 years’ experience in an analytics role or equivalent

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute and/or an MBA from a reputed institute.

• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and project management skills

• Technical capabilities: Proficient in SQL, Excel, and any statistical tool.

• Strong oral and written communication skills; extremely attentive to detail

• Experience working on multiple projects at the same time, with short deadlines

• Experience communicating analyses and fielding questions from the  executive team

• Experience drilling into databases to uncover information

• Knowledge of DMBS, data science principles, and statistical languages is a plus

• Experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, finance, IT, product management, implementations, etc.).

• Experience in Google Cloud Platform-based BigQuery, Looker, and SAP FI is nice to have 

• Willing to work 2 days per week in Skyhigh Security’s office in Bangalore.
