What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
The FinOps Analytics team delivers the insights that power strategic and operational decisions across Uber’s Global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) organization. We partner closely with FinOps leaders to provide timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence that drives efficiency, compliance, and scale.
While the P2P organization manages the engine of Finance-P2P’s operational transactions, FinOps Analytics provides the compass — transforming raw data into dashboards, predictive models, and insights that guide our path forward.
As we expand our capabilities in machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics, we’re looking for a Business Intelligence Manager who can elevate our data strategy end-to-end: from ingestion and transformation to visualization, interpretation, and process optimization. What are we looking for? Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst – Procure to Pay (P2P)
•Analyze end-to-end P2P data to uncover inefficiencies, identify automation opportunities, and recommend improvements to workflows, controls, and system configurations.
? Design and implement predictive models to support scenario planning, risk identification, and process optimization across the P2P lifecycle.
? Develop scalable reporting and analytics solutions, including automated pipelines, self-service dashboards, and standardized reporting frameworks.
? Partner with engineering, product, and FinOps teams to ensure data quality, improve upstream data sources, and enhance the overall analytics ecosystem.
? Lead ad hoc deep-dive analyses to support leadership decision-making, strategic initiatives, and operational reviews.
? Champion data literacy within the P2P GPO team by coaching stakeholders on how to interpret and leverage insights effectively.
? Own the full lifecycle of operational metrics: define KPIs, build data models, develop dashboards, and drive stakeholder adoption to ensure metrics are actionable and aligned with business goals.
