Responsibilities Include:
- Performance of assigned CAs, authorizing and directing CA work
- Establishment and maintenance of the Control Account Plan, including developing resource assignments, and identifying/documenting schedule and risk
- Verification and control of costs charged to the CA
- Conducting formal cost and schedule variance analysis and development of recovery plans
- Participating in Program Reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and other program or management reviews
- Participating in DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs) to maintain the Leidos EVMS Business System
- Participation/engagement with Program Manager on Basis of Estimate (BOE) and other proposal artifacts as required.
- There will be significant interaction with members of the program team to include the Program Manager and various other functional or support organizations.
- Expected to be an active member of program leadership, leading others to accept Program expectations/current practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices and approaches. Contribute to continuous improvement of Program practice, process, and execution to improve productivity and produce future economies.
- Provides metric based controls to objectively track new solutions, processes or standards to achieve functional/project objectives.
- Influences development of solutions that impact strategic project/program goals and business results.
- Recommends and implements new solutions, processes, policies, standards in support of functions strategy and operations.
- Basic Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical discipline and 5+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of prior relevant experience.
- This position requires knowledge in the development, maintenance, and/or tracking of: Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), the change management process, the work authorization process, forecasting Estimates at Completion (EACs), and implementing corrective actions.
- Program mission and challenges are very complex, are subject to constant change and typically impact multiple areas or disciplines. Requires talent and experience in investigative inquiry; strong, data driven analytic thinking, creative problem solving and flexibility/agility to quickly assess, evaluate and respond.
- Serves as a subject matter expert across Leidos.
- Working knowledge of EVMS and scheduling processes
- Knowledge of customer reporting (i.e., Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR or IPMDAR), etc.)
- Project management or project control experience working with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), IMS, and work authorizations
- Understanding of cost and schedule development as well as controls to conduct root cause analysis and identify corrective actions
- Experience with development of Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Complete (EAC)
- Experience with baseline change control processes and monthly schedule status processes
- Capable of working independently as well as within a team
- Familiar with integration of EVMS and risk management
- US Citizenship is required and must be able to obtain and maintain at least a Secret clearance.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Thorough command of EVMS tools (e.g., Corbra, OPDEC IPM, Insight)
- Formal training in EVMS (e.g., company-sponsored, industry certifications)
- Experience as a Control Account Manager in a contractually required EVMS environment
- Previous participation in an IBR
- Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of significant importance to the organization/project, serving as a primary briefer on Cost, Schedule, Performance, IBRs, EVM reviews and other program control events inside the Program, for Leidos leadership

Pay Range:
Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
