Who you are:

As a Business Enablement Consultant at Frost, you are a subject matter expert, successfully implementing IT transformation initiatives by leveraging institutional knowledge, business acumen, technology experience, and networks across the organization. More than that, this role is about finding solutions and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do: 

• Partner with lines of business to determine the optimal utilization of technology solutions in alignment with Frost values and strategic priorities to help drive significant business goals

• Ensure all projects prioritize communication, collaboration, and the ability to align business goals with technology best practices

• Successfully navigate obstacles, recognize assumed constraints, identify technology gaps, and determine opportunities for process improvements

• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in a problem-solving function with demonstrated experience in the execution of projects with an organization-wide impact

• Proven ability to consider and understand business issues and concepts

• Demonstrated problem solving experience with cross-functional teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications

• Ability to work in San Antonio, or travel to San Antonio as needed

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with the Microsoft Team Service, Office, 365 or similar product suites
