2026 Spring Semester Internship for Undergraduate Requirements - UGA

Internship Dates:  from Monday, January 5th through Friday, April 24th  

Job Responsibilities/Duties

• Complete data entry for contracts, litigation records and organizational documents and uploading of related documents to online management systems. Assist in preparation and updating of litigation calendars/schedules.

• Assist in preparation of documentation confirming appointments of directors and officers of the company's various subsidiaries. Update officer and director records in the online management system.

• Collaborate with other team members on various projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Must currently be enrolled in a college or university. Minimum 3.0 GPA required. Must include both a resume and up to date college/university transcript.

• Minimum Experience: Highly organized, highly detail oriented. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks until they are completed. Experience in discreetly handling confidential information.
