Sword Health is looking for a Data Engineering Team Lead that will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers, focusing on developing and implementing data solutions using dbt and SQL. You will participate in sprint planning, roadmap estimations and approvals, and ensure the team delivers high-quality results. The role involves fostering team growth, conducting code reviews, being technically hands-on, and serving as a point of contact for support within the organization.
