What You Will Do:
This Navy Account Executive position sits within our Defense & Security Segment. They will advise on a range of mission-related issues on existing engagements and new pursuits. This person will bring depth of experience of Defense issues to the team. This role will be a combination of engagement delivery and new opportunity pursuit. This role will seek to find the intersections between various Department of Defense, Homeland, National Security and Law Enforcement entities to developed integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Engaging with senior executives to analyze and understand business initiatives

  • Develop and grow a business portfolio supporting key policy and mission deliveries

  • Manage and support industry leaders

  • Engage with internal and external partners to develop collaborative environments in support of deliverables

  • Foster external relationships and brand awareness across industries


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • FIFTEEN (15) or more years' experience leading diverse teams in a federal consulting environment, with at least FIVE (5) years supporting DoD customers

  • Expert in driving business development activities and leading all aspects of winning federal proposals, with proven ability to generate new wins and revenue for your company.

  • Cross-functional experience in federal acquisition, human capital/organizational transformation, financial improvement and audit readiness, process improvement, and IT portfolio management.

  • Strong communication and program management skills, and the ability to operate proactively and independently within dynamic and unstructured environments.

  • Graduate degree or higher

  • Experience supporting Department of the Navy accounts
