Join global organization with 82000+ employees around the world, as a SFDC Functional Tester based in IQVIA Bangalore .You will be part of IQVIA’s world class technology team and will be involved in design, development, enhanced software programs or cloud applications or proprietary products.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Tester to join our L2 Support team, will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce Change Request & Enhancements through comprehensive functional testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Salesforce Testing, ideally should have worked on end-to-end testing of Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, process builders, lighting flows, reports, dashboards, business logics and custom codes (Apex, vfpages, custom reports, LWC, lightning pages, integration / webservice testing) to validate system functionality and data integrity.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration, customization, and integration options.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases using testing tools.
- Experience in Test plan preparation
- Experience in Test reporting & bug reporting
- Experience Web Service APIs testing
- Experience in Post implementation support / services, is a plus
- Good Knowledge in Agile methodology, CICD..
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are desirable.
- Good to have exposure on ticket management tools like, CSM, ServiceNow, Jira & Confluence
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring high-quality deliverables and a positive user experience.
- Knowledge with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, is a plus.
- Good understanding of the cloud computing concepts.
- Knowledge on healthcare domain, life sciences, concept of sales territory hierarchy would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding on ITIL process.
- Meet with stakeholders to determine project needs.
- Problem Solving skill with good Root Cause Analysis(RCA) is must with proactive measures to handle/test problem & Incidents tickets.
- Good communication skills to deal with customers, peers & stakeholders.
- Support including, but not limited to, Salesforce testing and preparation of standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for day-to-day process & a strong Incident handling skills.
- Ability to complete all assigned requests within projected timelines & SLA’s.
- Knowledge on Lightning is must.
- Open to work on rotational shifts (specific to EMEA & US region)
