About the Role:

Remitly is looking for an inventive and customer-centric Sr. Executive Business Partner to join our team. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support of the strategic vision and execution of the CFO and Finance team. This is an opportunity to contribute to the success of a fast-growing mission-based company by providing seamless executive support with the CFO. This position is based in Seattle and will require a minimum of three days in the office per week, with potential for more time pending events and critical onsite meetings.

You Will:

  • Provide seamless proactive complex calendar management - scheduling external, internal and highly sensitive meetings across multiple teams and time zones, while managing the CFO's time and priorities effectively
  • Partner to lead team strategic planning, people related initiatives and people leadership team offsites
  • Drives organization-wide process improvements and simplifying or eliminating processes that are no longer effective
  • Be the strategic thought partner, providing insightful partnership with the CFO while earning trust through integrity, managing sensitive information with discretion
  • Act as the extension and on behalf of the CFO to drive the business forward
  • Own logistics and work back schedules for quarterly processes such annual performance reviews, people strategy planning and company-wide key dates
  • Partner on creation and implementation of employee engagement plans, with a focus on employee recognition, DEI, and workplace belonging
  • Help create efficient repeatable processes through template creation and collaboration site management - including wiki and shared drive management
  • Plan end-to-end detailed domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Organize and prioritize time sensitive information to ensure action required is addressed
  • Manage coordination and submission of expense reports, invoices, and POs

You Have:

  • You have 10+ years experience partnering with C-level executives as their strategic thought partner
  • Alignment to our mission and values and are a role model of our cultural values
  • In depth experience working with C-suite leaders and collaborating across the organization and with external partners
  • Experience driving items independently in an ambiguous, high-growth organization
  • You handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • You have a working knowledge of contemporary collaboration and productivity tools - Google suite, Slack, Box, and Microsoft Office
  • Curiosity to learn new ways of doing things to implement solutions

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $96,000-$110,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
