Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to drive the successful execution of the Nokia to Ericsson swap project and multi-carrier addition for AT&T through remote support to the Integration Managers in USA. This role demands proactive coordination across various teams to ensure seamless integration, timely rollout, and adherence to project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Integration Manager: Collaborate closely with the Integration Manager to align swap and multi-carrier addition activities with the overall project goals.
Daily Reporting: Prepare and distribute comprehensive daily reports summarizing project progress, challenges, and solutions for stakeholders.
AREA Testing: Supervise and manage AREA testing to ensure all technical specifications and quality benchmarks are met.
Forecast Crew and JNOC Support: Plan and forecast requirements for crew support and JNOC (Joint Network Operations Center) assistance to ensure smooth project execution.
Script Preparation and Coordination: Work in tandem with the scripting and design teams for the timely creation and validation of scripts, including those required for layer additions and multi-carrier integrations.
Layer Addition Coordination: Oversee coordination for layer additions, ensuring all activities align with project specifications and timelines.
Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain effective communication with General Contractors (GCs), crews, and other stakeholders to facilitate project milestones.
Effective Rollout Management: Ensure smooth rollout by managing logistics, resolving issues, and monitoring schedules for both the swap and multi-carrier addition projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors or above degree in Engineering in relevant field.
6+ Years Experience in Project management profiles, particularly in telecom infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of Nokia and Ericsson systems, swap processes, and multi-carrier integrations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
