This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights and data analysis to work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes

How you will contribute

You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

More about this role

What you need to know about this position: Primary responsibility would be partnering with the IT under Mondelez Digital Services (MDS) business to drive best procurement practice and support the delivery of our key value leavers across the procurement and IT/MDS functions. The role requires building a strong relationship with the local leadership teams to partner and support them with their ongoing contractual, sourcing and M&A transformational requirements.

Education / Certifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Job specific requirements:

• Min 3 Years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing / Category Management roles.
• Relevant experience is IT sourcing in one or more of the following disciplines: Networks, Hosting Services, Applications and Digital Workplace.
• Strong Business Partnership – right balance between understanding & challenging needs. 
• Great communicator & influencer; English 100%.
• Experience in leading the development and execution of category strategy plans.
• Self-starter & high external curiosity – learning from outside in IT/across industries to drive improvement.
