Commercial Finance Manager – Farm and Catalog

This key role is integral to supporting the leadership teams of the iconic Farm Heroes Saga and King’s portfolio of Catalog titles. You will partner closely with product and business leaders to provide financial insight, challenge, and strategic support, ensuring new initiatives are robustly evaluated and our Farm and Catalog titles are optimised for long-term performance. Working alongside the Commercial FP&A team, you will shape forecasts, assess opportunities, and deliver insights that drive stronger business outcomes.

Your role within our Kingdom

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted finance partner to Farm and Catalog leadership, providing input on investment decisions, product roadmaps, and portfolio optimisation.
• Forecasting & Planning: Lead the forecasting process for Farm and Catalog by shaping assumptions, aligning with stakeholders, and reviewing outputs in collaboration with FP&A. Ensure plans are ambitious yet grounded in sound financial logic.
• Performance Management: Monitor and assess the financial and commercial performance of Farm and Catalog games, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas requiring deeper analysis. Provide timely updates to leadership teams.
• Insight & Challenge: Deliver proactive insights into revenue, monetisation, and player performance, constructively challenging assumptions to drive stronger outcomes.
• Business Cases & New Initiatives: Partner with stakeholders on business cases and memos for Farm and Catalog, ensuring clear financial rationale supports investment decisions.
• Cross-Functional Engagement: Work with product, marketing, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure financial perspectives are embedded in key forums such as roadmap reviews, product reviews, and domain leadership meetings.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Support deep dives, scenario analysis, and strategic projects across Farm and Catalog portfolio, helping to evaluate emerging opportunities and optimise ongoing initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within a global, fast-paced industry (gaming, tech, or digital preferred).
• Strong commercial acumen, with understanding of revenue drivers, monetisation, and portfolio management.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders while building trusted relationships.
• Skilled at shaping forecasts and translating product and commercial strategies into robust financial outlooks.
• Highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets and building financial models to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
