White Mountain Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona.
As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you’ll play an essential role in providing exceptional service and support.
We are proud to partner with AmeriVet, a nationwide network that supports our clinic with resources, training, and operational support—allowing us to focus on what matters most: excellent patient care and client service.
Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and empathy
Schedule appointments, manage multiple phone lines, and handle client communications
Maintain accurate medical records and process payments
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth daily operations
1–2 years of experience in a veterinary or medical customer service setting
Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills
Calm, compassionate, and dependable under pressure
Passion for animals and a strong team-player mindset
