Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and proactive oversight of solution evolution are key aspects of daily activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to packaged and cloud-based applications.
- Experience with integration techniques and managing software releases in complex environments.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that ensure system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with configuration management and deployment automation tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
