Position Summary

  • Uncover business opportunities through data driven insights and develop high impact analytical solutions
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to independently explore data and come up with a step by step analytical work plan to get desired insights
  • Design, execute and analyze A/B testing programs, iteratively refining test hypotheses based on data-driven insights
  • Define, track and analyze KPIs that align with corporate financial objectives to measure project success
  • Effectively communicate analytical solutions / results through compelling narratives and visualizations to stakeholders in an engaging manner to drive business decisions
  • Lead project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, data engineering, data scientists to ensure correct implementation and alignment with business requirements
  • Have an understanding of coding, GIT, documentation and QA best practices


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, analytical consulting or a related field, with a proven ability to communicate and consult effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • 3+ years of professional experience with SQL and Python ( Pandas )
  • 3+ years statistical background with experience in A/B testing and ROI analysis


Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation/PPT skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Healthcare industry and/or Management consulting firm experience


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics or a related discipline
  • Master’s degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $222,480.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
