The company is seeking a Senior Data & Application Development Analyst who can own technical solutions end-to-end, from requirements gathering and architectural decisions to implementation and delivery. This is a senior, hands-on role that requires independence, strong technical judgment, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

The person in this role will lead internal application development, define and execute automation strategies, and act as the technical point of reference for Firebase, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AI-powered solutions within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, using React or Vue on the frontend and Firebase as the backend (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Authentication, and Hosting).
• Drive automation initiatives by building complex solutions with Google Apps Script and Node.js, identifying high-impact opportunities to eliminate manual processes across the organization.
• Support analytics and decision-making through advanced SQL development and data pipeline creation.
• Lead the integration of AI and large language model APIs into production tools, including provider evaluation, prompt engineering, cost management, and output reliability.
• Own Firebase and GCP cost and usage management, monitoring consumption, setting billing alerts, managing quotas, and making cost-efficient architectural decisions within budget constraints.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs, including internal microservices and middleware to connect different systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts (CL11), conducting code reviews, defining coding standards, and supporting professional growth.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, estimate efforts, and clearly explain trade-offs.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation covering architecture, APIs, deployment processes, and system dependencies.
