JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and team members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new projects.
- Maintain schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables of in-flight projects using appropriate tools.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
- Mentor project team members to foster and promote a positive team atmosphere.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from project kickoff through product introduction.
- Communicate project status to key stakeholders and manage expectations on project scope, deliverables, timelines and resources.
- Present reports defining project progress, risks, and solutions.
- Ensure that the project goals and objectives are achieved while following Allegro’s established development process.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or related technical discipline with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor Industry
- Understanding of IC product development flow is must (Analog and Mixed Signal ICs experience is preferred)
- 3+ years Project management experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to manage conflict in a stressful environment
- Understands and listens to team members and fosters a productive team environment
- Able to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
- Proficient in advanced techniques with relevant software: Smart Sheets, Sharepoint, MS Office, etc. in addition to experience working within shared work environments.
- Comfortable working in a global team environment and flexible hours as needed to accommodate various time zones.
