ABOUT THE POSITION

As an SAP BASIS & Integrations Manager, you will play a critical role in the operation and stability of our global SAP landscape. Based in our India Global Capability Center, this role operates within a globally aligned operating model, ensuring commitments are delivered with quality, consistency, and reliability.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE 

  • Delivery & Operations

  • Plan, track, and manage assigned work across SAP BASIS, DBA and Integrations teams
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of work driven by HQ priorities
  • Own production support operations, including incident, problem, and change management
  • Provide first-level triage for incoming support tickets and determine severity and escalation paths
  • Participate in and support on-call rotations to ensure system reliability and uptime
  • Drive operational discipline and continuous improvement in support processes
  • Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with HQ-based technical teams, product owners, and stakeholders
  • Maintain flexible working hours as needed to enable effective collaboration with U.S.-based teams (PDX)
  • Lead technical discussions and represent the GCC team in cross-functional forums
  • People Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members across SAP BASIS, DBA and Integrations
  • Support employee career growth through coaching, feedback, and development planning
  • Ensure clear accountability, follow-through, and alignment to work assignments

YOU ARE

  • Able to effectively lead technical discussions with stakeholders, product owners, and business teams
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on operational excellence

  • Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • A collaborative team player comfortable working across global, cross-functional teams


YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • SAP application experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA, BW; AFS desirable, but not required)
  • 2–3+ years of people management experience
  • Experience managing production support, incident management, and issue resolution
  • Experience with cloud technologies
  • Hands-on experience using JIRA and Atlassian tools
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices
  • Apparel or retail industry experience is a plus
