Job Title: Chapter Lead Cyber Defense and Integration Engineering Offshore

Location: Bangalore, Manyata Tech Park

Our Cyber Defence & Security Integration crew build and run resilient products add platforms within and outside of Group Security to support Business Functions delivered by Cyber Defence Operations to prevent and respond to Cyber Incidents

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deep expertise in Cyber Defence products, including Endpoint Security, Atlassian products(Jira & Confluence) , Cloud security
• Proven experience leading engineering teams, with a strong track record of building talent, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
• Extensive experience working in highly agile environments, with a focus on continuous planning, prioritization, and improvement to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps principles, with hands-on experience driving automation and integrating secure-by-design practices into the engineering lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to lead responses to major incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Success in delivering complex, high-impact security initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

Essential Skills:

• Experience: 14+ Years.
• Deep expertise in Cyber Defence products(Jira, Confluence, Catalyst, Corelight,Microsoft Defender & EDR) , including Endpoint Security, Atlassian products(Jira & Confluence) , Cloud security
• Proven experience in Cloud solutions -preferably AWS
• Proven experience leading engineering teams, with a strong track record of building talent, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
• Extensive experience working in highly agile environments, with a focus on continuous planning, prioritization, and improvement to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps principles, with hands-on experience driving automation and integrating secure-by-design practices into the engineering lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to lead responses to major incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Success in delivering complex, high-impact security initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline creation, GITHUB actions, Infrastructure as a Code( IaaC)

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
