Manager, Test Development and Design Evaluation (Product Development)

Location: Gen. Trias Cavite, Philippines

Group: Digital Healthcare – Healthcare Sensors & Power Management (DHC - HCS & HPM)

Role Overview:
Lead and grow a high-performing team of Test Development and Design Evaluation Engineers supporting next-generation healthcare sensors & power management solutions for the medical and consumer wearables market. As Manager, you’ll set technical direction, coach and develop engineers, and drive collaboration across global cross-functional teams to deliver robust, innovative test solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Test Development and Design Evaluation Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Set and communicate technical direction for test and bench measurement solution development, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of advanced, high-accuracy test and measurement systems and methodologies.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in design, applications, and manufacturing to resolve issues and support product launches.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and team priorities to meet deliverables.
  • Champion process improvements, knowledge sharing, and technical training within the team.
  • Represent the Philippines site in global forums and collaborate with international teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of industry experience, including hands-on test development and/or bench evaluation
  • 4+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
  • Strong people leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results through technical teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of circuit theory, test and measurement methodologies, and quality principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams in semiconductor test, evaluation, or product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and mentor technical talent.
  • Familiarity with healthcare sensor technologies, power management or mixed-signal ICs.
  • Willingness to travel for global collaboration and training.
