Key Responsibilities – NRM, Category & SCM Manager 1.Lead Net Revenue Management agenda to drive sustainable and profitable growth through effective pricing, promotion, mix, and portfolio optimization. 2.Develop and manage price architecture, promotional strategies, and trade investment frameworks to maximize net revenue and margin performance. 3.Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Supply Chain teams to ensure end-to-end alignment between demand planning, revenue strategy, and supply execution. 4.Provide data-driven insights, financial modeling, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning cycles. 5.Support category and customer strategies by translating market, shopper, and customer insights into actionable revenue and growth initiatives. 6.Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and performance KPIs to identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions. 7.Drive continuous improvement in NRM tools, processes, and governance to enhance commercial effectiveness and execution discipline.
