Your Mission

Your Daily Work

• Drive growth across both Consumer Goods and Retail
  You elevate our market position by designing and executing strategies that address the unique challenges and opportunities in the Swiss CPG and Retail sectors.

• Collaborate across ONE Accenture
  You work hand‑in‑hand with colleagues from Song, Data & AI, and Technology, ensuring our clients benefit from the full breadth of Accenture’s capabilities and integrated innovation power.

• Shape AI‑powered strategic agendas
  You analyze trends and competitive dynamics, leverage advanced analytics and AI insights, and translate them into growth strategies and operating models that unlock tangible value for clients.

Who You Are

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the CPG and Retail industry, plus significant experience in a top‑tier strategy consulting firm

• Strong focus on Front Office and Commercial Strategy, with proven ability to lead senior‑level strategy workstreams and deliver high‑impact recommendations

• Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts and identify new opportunities

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex, data‑driven insights into clear, actionable strategies

• Fluency in French and English; German is a strong plus

• Based in the Geneva region
