GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

What you will be doing

Focuses on Client Needs:

  • Leads weekly planning meetings to discuss staffing plan, volumes forecast, and recommendations for offline based on historical information.
  • Leads monthly consulting meetings to discuss staffing, hiring, and volumes, this includes a look back and a look forward at the staffing and volumes forecast to measure results against business goals.
  • Proactively develops approaches, products and services that meet or exceed client expectations and address business priorities.
  • Identifies shared goals with clients and is proactive in pursuing them.
  • Proactively identifies future possibilities and opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the supported business unit.

Influences and Communicates With Others:

  • Professionally communicates views in a way that is clear and concise.
  • Assertively delivers staffing and volumes forecast decisions backed up with data and factual information.
  • Collaborates with others on issues and leverages influence and teamwork to gain buy in on solutions that are widely accepted.
  • Continually maintains current and builds new relationships with key decision makers in the business units supported.
  • Leverages credibility and demonstrated expertise to be an agent of organizational change with a broad impact.
  • Keeps clients fully informed of future impact of changes in technical or functional field.

Delivers Results:

  • Owns the process, accuracy, and timely delivery of staffing and volumes forecasts.
  • Leverages the Daily and Monthly Performance Review to guide decision making for the business.
  • Leverages Workforce Management Systems to pull monthly and weekly forecasts and makes changes based on known contingency factors and trends.
  • Outlines and implements action plans that achieve objectives in responsive, timely manner.
  • Plans ahead and is well organized and systematic in work approach; shows urgency and persistence. 
  • Anticipates business issues across the organization and leverages technical expertise to address them.

  • Proactively applies knowledge, research, and theory to recommend sound solutions.
  • Is able to pivot between Workforce Analyst and Real Time Desk Analyst work flawlessly.
  • Ensures new business unit leaders are set up properly in Workforce Systems.
  • Uses specialized knowledge to facilitate and guide the planning and actions of peers, associates, and key decision makers.
  • Leverages all Workforce Planning technology to its fullest capabilities.
