This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. We are looking for talented Financial Analyst to join the team of Financial Planning & Analysis responsible for EMEA Region within the Electrical Distribution Systems Unit.

We are responsible for consolidating input from the countries of the region and prepare financial reports to be provided to the Regional Management and the Global Finance Team.

Your Role

  • Participating in the creation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets for respective market within the company;

  • Preparing monthly financial reports and variance analysis;

  • Providing in-depth variance explanations for recognized changes (monthly, quarterly; vs budget, prior forecast and previous year) while comprehending underlying variances and performance trends;

  • Providing double checks for all information received from other departments and solving problematic items;

  • Handling special tasks upon request from management related to ad hoc analysis, reports and presentations;

  • Explaining and presenting complex information to the internal stakeholders;

  • Maintaining and improving the FP&A processes and activities;

  • Acting as a Finance Business Partner by sharing expertise, offering mentoring and guidance to colleagues and others.

Your Background

  • Experience in FP&A department of large organizations

  • Very good knowledge of English

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel), Anaplan knowledge is an asset

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Independence, time management, curiosity
