We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk Lead Night Shift who will:

  • Handle daily assignments, issues and situations in the absence of the supervisor.
  • Manage Workload to meet contractual SLA’s.
  • Be responsible for staging jobs and keeping a constant workflow to the production floor to ensure that we meet quality and production standards.
  • Work with production staff to ensure all processes are being followed correctly.
  • Serve as the focal point to give detailed explanations on the intricacies of the Warehouse Operations.
  • Take the lead in the success of the department by advising on new products and/or product enhancements or improvements.
  • Maintain accurate daily and month end reports, create special reports as needed, audits inventory and trouble shoot inventory. discrepancies. Place jobs on hold when the supply of materials are insufficient.

  • Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
  • Are dependable and are open to working a Monday – Friday shift schedule of 6 PM – 2:30 AM, including some weekends and holidays. Overtime opportunities are available.
  • Can use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
  • Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift.  Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
  • Can perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Proficient in English in a business environment.
  • Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Production/warehouse.
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Have the experience to assist with training new hires as business needs dictate.
  • Willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift and meet or exceed attendance expectations. Be willing to work overtime if needed.
  • Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening
  • Are proficiency in English in a business environment.

Position Pay Range:

$20.35-$32.56

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
