Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and responsible use. This role requires guiding teams to design and deploy AI technologies that comply with regulatory standards and align with established ethical principles. The position includes fostering collaboration across various departments to ensure that AI initiatives are transparent, fair, and accountable. The individual also advocates for the adoption of responsible AI practices within the organization, ensuring that all AI projects contribute positively to business goals while maintaining societal trust and integrity.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of frameworks that ensure AI ethics and compliance are embedded in all projects.
- Promote continuous learning and development within the team to keep pace with evolving AI ethical standards.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft BOT Framework, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft BOT Framework, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on transparency and accountability.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and integration of AI tools within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
