Job Summary:
The Loyalty & Rewards Specialist is responsible for driving acquisition and engagement for the BJ’s higher tier memberships and credit card program across multiple channels, coordinating the launch of initiatives to drive member loyalty, and partnering with internal stakeholders to grow the program. This also includes working with our bank partner and other partners to develop and launch various marketing efforts throughout the year, including direct mail, email, digital, and in-club channels.
