Position Description


The Delivery Manager - Time/Payroll Solutions  will serve as the primary liaison between HR and Payroll business stakeholders and the MT department, focusing on the implementation, optimization, and support of the ADP WFM system and the Workday Payroll application. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of workforce management processes and experience with ADP WFM (UKG WFM Pro - formerly known as UKG Dimensions), enabling them to provide strategic insights and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management - Lead the planning and implementation of projects. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. - Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. - Act as the point of contact for all project-related matters. Conduct regular Support meetings with all stakeholders.

  • Team Leadership:  Manage support teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear. Provide direction and support to the project team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate application support risks. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans. Monitor and control application support risks and issues.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet McKesson’s quality standards. Conduct regular quality assurance reviews.

  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets and resource allocation. Track operating costs and ensure budget adherence.

  • Communication: Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements. Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project delivery.

  • Provide guidance and support vendor resources responsible for system maintenance and production issue resolution.

  • Ensure that processes, enhancements, and changes are well documented. Help to build a document repository.

  • Collaborate with the managers of other areas to create long-term plans that align with corporate strategy.​

Minimum Requirements

Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.

Critical Skills

  • Typically requires 12+ years of relevant HR and/or Payroll and/or Timekeeping experience. Additionally, requires at least 2+ years Timekeeping and Scheduling experience.

  • 12+ years’ experience of professional experience in HR or Payroll or Timekeeping.

  • 4+ years’ experience in a role as Manager of a large enterprise system in HR or Payroll or Timekeeping.

  • 2+ years direct experience with ADP WFM or UKG WFM Pro.

  • 2+ years of direct experience with setting up and supporting UKG Advanced Scheduling, Attestation and Pay Differentials.

  • Good knowledge of application access and security in the UKG WFM Pro application.​

  • Previous experience delivering high-quality, reliable technology services. 

  • Experience ensuring reliability of existing platforms while delivering enhancements to new business problems. 

Additional Experience

  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with ADP system (UKG WFM Pro).

  • Ability to rapidly learn and if required evaluate a new tool or technology. 

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills. 

  • Demonstrated Business leadership experience. 

  • Must have a strong customer and quality focus. 

  • Have been successful in working across organizational boundaries, bringing together people with diverse perspectives and experience to find solutions to complex technical issues.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

  • Experience in the Healthcare industry a plus.

  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$142,500 - $237,500
