Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the People Operations & Recruiting Specialist will help in building out a new region for Weights & Biases.

We are seeking a proactive, people-centric People Operations & Recruiting Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about both talent acquisition and employee experience. You’ll play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for technical and non-technical roles, while ensuring our people operations are efficient, effective, and engaging for all employees.
