About the role
We are seeking a Brand Manager – Vaccines to join our New Zealand Vaccines team in a highly visible and impactful role. You will lead the strategic shaping and delivery of brand plans across our vaccines portfolio, operating in a complex and highly dynamic environment.
This role goes beyond execution — you will play a key role in shaping brand strategy, translating insights into compelling multichannel campaigns, and partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to drive meaningful outcomes for patients and the healthcare system.
Your role will be varied and will include:
Shaping and delivering brand strategy aligned with global direction and local market needs
Leading end‑to‑end multichannel campaigns across consumer, primary care, specialist, government affairs and pharmacy channels
Translating customer and market insights into impactful, compliant brand initiatives
Partnering cross‑functionally to deliver campaigns on time, on budget and with measurable impact
About you
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative marketer with strong commercial acumen and an understanding of the healthcare environment. You will have experience in brand or product marketing and the ability to turn strategy into clear, actionable plans across multiple channels.
This role is suited to a brand marketer who enjoys shaping strategy and working in complexity.
You will need:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, health or a related field
Experience in brand or product marketing within healthcare or a regulated environment
Experience planning and executing multichannel campaigns
Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder‑management skills
