Skills and Qualifications:

1. Microsoft OEM Professional Services (PS) Team Experience:

• Hands-on experience working directly with Microsoft.
• Large-scale Microsoft Exchange deployments (On-premises, Hybrid, and Online).
• Office 365 migration and integration.
• Azure AD and Active Directory restructuring and synchronization.
• End-to-end project delivery for infrastructure deployment and migrations.

2. Infrastructure Deployment Experience:

• Familiarity with infrastructure deployment architecture and processes
• Proven track record in deploying enterprise-level infrastructures involving:
  • Exchange environments
  • Office 365 migrations
  • Azure AD and security integrations

3. Microsoft Deployment and Migration Skills:

• Leading deployment projects with Microsoft technologies (Exchange, Office 365, Azure AD)
• Experience in migration projects, including Exchange Hybrid, Active Directory domain consolidation, and Office 365 mailbox migrations
• Strong collaboration with Microsoft OEM teams, ensuring best practices, risk assessments, and smooth transitions during migrations
• Managing data migration tools and services (e.g., BitTitan, MigrationWiz, Quest

4. Project Leadership and Team Handling:

• Experience managing a migration or deployment team, including overseeing project timelines, coordinating with OEM PS Teams, and maintaining communication with stakeholders
• Leadership in troubleshooting escalations, guiding teams through complex migration issues, and ensuring high availability for critical systems

5. Microsoft Technologies Expertise:

• Advanced knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Exchange (On-premises, Online, Hybrid configurations)
  • Azure AD (including AD Connect, Federation services)
  • Office 365 Suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business)
• Hands-on experience in high availability and disaster recovery configurations

6. Migration Tools Expertise:

• Knowledge of migration tools such as:
  • Quest Migration Manager (for AD, Exchange)
  • BitTitan MigrationWiz (for Office 365, SharePoint migrations)
  • Azure Migrate (for cloud migration)
  • PowerShell scripting for automating migration tasks.

7. Soft Skills and Communication:

• Strong communication and collaborative skills, necessary for interfacing with Microsoft OEM PS Teams and internal stakeholders
• Ability to document processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external teams

8. Troubleshooting Expertise:

• Advanced troubleshooting for:
  • Microsoft Exchange issues (mail flow, database availability, connection issues)
  • Office 365 outages and configuration errors
  • Active Directory and DNS/DHCP problems
  • Hybrid environments, including Azure AD Sync and ADFS
• Handling migration-related problems (data consistency, mailbox sync issues, etc.)
