Assess client needs and operational requirements to design and recommend appropriate technology solutions for EOC and NOC environments.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop strategic plans and roadmaps to enhance the capabilities and resilience of client EOCs and NOCs.
Design and implement customized technology solutions, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, to meet client-specific operational demands.
Ensure integration and compatibility of new systems with existing technologies and platforms.
Oversee the deployment, configuration, and testing of solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
Lead and manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, IT specialists, and external vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
Prepare and present project status reports, technical documentation, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate client staff on new technologies and best practices for EOC and NOC operations.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal system performance.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in EOC and NOC operations.
Advocate for and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency, security, and effectiveness of client operations centers.
Contribute to the development of company-wide standards and methodologies for EOC and NOC consulting services.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience. A master’s degree is preferred.
Ability to work onsite with client or remote from home from East Coast or Midwest area/ Eastern or Central Time Zones.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on EOC and NOC environments.
Proven track record of designing and implementing technology solutions for mission-critical operations centers.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, communication systems, and data center technologies.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including network management systems, cybersecurity solutions, and incident management platforms.
Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and disaster recovery planning.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and coordinate complex projects.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
