As a Product Manager, you will help identify customer needs, market opportunities, technology trends to ensure the products built will meet standards and provide value to the customer. As owner of the product, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of a product, overseeing the design and build, proposing and driving ongoing enhancements and changes, monitoring the product for anomalies, and retiring the product when the time is right. You’re a product leader who wants to work on real problems that affect real people. You’re curious and relentless in pursuing operational efficiency and defining solutions. The product manager will be the liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams, driving requirements, managing priorities and planning outcomes.

  • At least 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the conferencing technology, workplace technology, or collaboration domain.

  • Experience with meeting or event production platforms, conference room technology, and digital workplace products such as cameras and headsets.

  • A strategic mindset and good understanding of how a company’s business groups work together to deliver comprehensive, high value customer experiences.

  • A strong communicator who can establish and grow relationships, someone who can influence through effective product storytelling. 

  • The ability to leverage GenAI tools to strengthen and accelerate product deliverables (market research, maximizing productivity, plotting roadmaps, etc.) 

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in analytics and KPI design and implementation, strong knowledge of Excel, Jira, and Confluence

  • Technical Acumen: You’re comfortable discussing technical concepts and collaborating with engineering teams.

  • Problem-Solving: You thrive on tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions

  • Hands On: You not only demonstrate your ability to lead strategically, but are also able to dive into the practical aspects of the job

  • Curiosity and Adaptability: You’re naturally curious, always seeking new ways to improve processes and drive success.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business unit partners, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

  • Technology Evaluation & Integration: Evaluate, select and integrate cutting-edge technologies, to enhance the overall meeting experience for users. Stay abreast of industry developments, partner with technology teams to vet new vendors and forge strategic partnerships to drive continuous improvement. Build product investment business cases to help guide strategic decision making.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with cross functional teams and key stakeholders to understand their needs, align technology solutions and drive adoption.

  • Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of innovation by enabling experimentation. A/B testing, and agile methodologies. Continuously work with teams to explore emerging technologies, conduct feasibility studies, and spearhead proof-of-concepts to evaluate their potential impact.

  • Data Drive Decisions: Enable key performance metrics by partnering with data and analytics teams to derive actionable insights and optimization of user experience.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
