Partner Compliance Screenings Intern

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•    Design and implement practical AI-driven solutions to improve data collection, data comparison, information analysis, and reporting processes.
•    Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI) to reduce manual work and enhance operational efficiency.
•    Explore and propose innovative approaches for process automation, intelligent data extraction, dashboarding, and workflow standardization.
•    Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and identify practical use cases applicable to compliance and due diligence operations.

Requirements:

•    Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics,  Artificial Intelligence, Automation, or a related field. 
•    Strong practical interest in AI, automation, and workflow optimization, with demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to solve real business problems.
•    Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools is highly preferred, including but not limited to Microsoft Power Platform, Prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflow design, Data processing solutions, or workflow automation scripting tools. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset and the ability to independently identify opportunities and develop practical, scalable AI and automation solutions.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
•    Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. 
•    Interested in and basic understanding of compliance, due diligence, risk screening, or related legal or regulatory areas is preferred.
