Department: Design Engineering / Information Technology / Manufacturing

Job Summary:

The candidate will have the opportunity to work in a global and very dynamic team of dedicated professionals. Program Components:

  • Individual Career Development Plans;
  • Formalized Career Discussion to give participants input into their development plan;
  • Career development/assignment review by the Cross Functional Executive Design Engineering Development Team;
  • Hands on exposure to multiple internal departments and projects;
  • Domestic and possible international training assignments;
  • Annual wage and merit review;
  • Second year market salary adjustment.

Special Knowledge / Skills:

  • Experience coordinating and facilitating several small or one major project.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong sense of urgency and personal commitment.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
  • Highly motivated and disciplined in time management.
  • Ability to work independently while provided proper direction.
  • Experience working in multi-cultural environments is a plus.

Additionally, experience with PCs and application software, such as MS Office tools is also required.

Education:       BS/MS in Engineering or IT.

Experience:     0-3 years of related experience.  Previous related internships or co-ops a plus.

Working conditions:

Physical Demands: Required to sit or stand for long periods of time in an industrial lab environment. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Working remotely is allowed but must be able to physically be present in the office/lab when duties dictate the need.

Travel:  Readiness to travel domestic up to 10% annually and possibly internationally every quarter (not including the rotational relocation)
