Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee our bustling rooftop bar during its active season. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in high-volume beverage service and promotions, with a proven track record of managing fast-paced day/nightlife and / or lifestyle settings. This role demands a leader who can not only keep up with the pace but also elevate our offerings and maximize the seasonal potential of our unique space. This is a seasonal position.

 

Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the rooftop bar, ensuring all services are delivered with high quality and compliance to all regulatory requirements.
• Beverage Program Oversight: Manage and enhance a high-volume beverage program, ensuring a wide range of appealing and profitable offerings. Promotional Activities: Develop and execute innovative marketing and promotional strategies to attract a steady flow of patrons, focusing on unique themes and events tailored to the seasonal nature of the bar.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and inspire a team of bar staff and support personnel, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages top performance and excellent customer service.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience, resolving any issues with high standards and professionalism.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain rigorous standards of safety and cleanliness, adhering to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-volume bar or similar day / nightlife/ lifestyle environment.
• Strong familiarity with the latest trends in the beverage industry, including cocktails and premium spirits.
• Experienced in developing and implementing promotional campaigns tailored to nightlife or hospitality venues.
• Excellent leadership skills with a passion for training and development. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, to align with seasonal business demands.
• Ability to stand and be outdoors for extended period of time
