This position offers flexible full-time merchandising and installation jobs that are project-based. We are looking for candidates who can service popular brand products at retailers in and around a designated market, typically within a 60-mile radius of your home.

What is Shared Services?
- Position is full-time, allowing you to work on all of our projects
- Work is project based for multiple clients
- Work can be merchandising, brand advocacy or installation
What will you do?
- Travel to assigned stores and locate the merchandising kit in the backroom
- Reset display or products based on the needs of the client
- Create pop-ups, use a Plan-O-Guide for an End Cap set up or install shelving for new products
- Take photos of your completed work and upload for accuracy
- Travel to assigned stores to complete installations of displays
- Installations can include software downloads, building fixtures, and putting together sales floor demo units
- Travel to assigned stores and interact with and or train sales associates
- Update sales associates on features for current or new products
How does scheduling work?
- Work during Retailer business hours
- Flexibility to complete projects Monday – Friday 9:00am - close
- Occasional projects require early morning start, before the store opens
- Freedom to complete projects within 1 week of assignment
Must Have:
- Valid driver’s license is required as travel to additional locations may be necessary
- Reliable transportation and automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained
- Ability to transport and carry any essential work materials

Job Description:
- Execute and coordinate activities within the shared services division
- Personally accountable for executing within the region and division of shared services
- Responsible for accurately tracking and executing all work
- Responsible for overnight and early morning installation
- Responsible for virtual software application team management
- Responsible and lead for 2+ person team installations
- Successfully develop and build relationships with the shared services division as many of the 2 person teams will use part-time shared services staff
- Demonstrate products within retail locations
- Engage and build rapport with customers
- Train retail store associates on products and services
- Contribute to team effort by assisting other team members within the division
- Travel to locations within the market and region for multiple programs and projects within the division as needed
- Execute all local, market, and regional projects as needed and requested by the clients and program
- Train other local, market, and regional team members as needed and requested by shared services for the work to be executed
- Lead by example and work with all part-time shared services team members and through cross-functional processes over all aspects of the company
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Performance Measurements:
- Meets established weekly/monthly project goals/quotas
- Customer/client satisfaction based on the KPI's provided
Qualifications:
- Must have a smart wireless device with an enabled back-facing camera, this will be used for job acceptance, scheduling, reporting, and video
- Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training
- Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
- Must have the ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and be able to travel by plane or other means to get to other states
- Must have the ability to train and work with other Installers remotely
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to submit to background and drug check
- Must have at least 5 years of technology display installation experience and training experience
- 1+ year experience in Interactive display installation, maintenance, complex retail display troubleshooting, advanced display assembly, fabrication, and/or basic field engineering
- Strong English oral and written communication skills. Basic math and measurement understanding and skills
- Owns or has access to various tools required to perform work on interactive displays including low voltage troubleshooting tools, power tools, etc., and uses tools for installation and maintenance of deliverables that will be required to complete required responsibilities
- Experienced in reading, understanding, and following planograms, displaying assembly instructions, and setting fixtures as defined by project planning maps
- Applicant must pass an installation knowledge assessment
- Must be able to clearly write and speak English, bilingual a plus
- Must be able to work both from home (in a quiet environment for phone calls) and work outside of home in stores or other venues across the US, primarily in the local market
Physical Requirements:
- Capable and willing to meet the physical demands including but not limited to being able to safely climb up and down ladders, materials, and tools; lift up to 50 pounds unassisted which could include materials that are 2-3 feet wide; work in tight and cramped spaces, be able to work from floor to ceiling, and remain active and on feet for up to six hours continuously
- Capable and willing to safely pull and push pallets and boxes of retail fixtures that could be up to 500 lbs. over distances of 300 yards, and sometimes over uneven flooring surfaces
- Able and willing to follow required PPE based on local laws and retailer requirements
