Job Purpose:  

TD SYNNEX株式会社のエンドポイントソリューション部門の一員として、ユニファイドコミュニケーション及びビジュアルコミュニケーションの商材を仕入れ・販売するプロダクトマネージャを担当するポジションです。
ユニファイドコミュニケーション及びビジュアルコミュニケーションベンダー商材の売り上げ・利益を最大化するために、ベンダーと相互に合意した短期的・長期的な収益目標を、ベンダーからのサポートを受け達成します。
また、業界トレンドに合った自社の強みを活かさせるベンダーの採用をすすめ、領域を広げます。

Responsibilities:

お任せしたいのは、単なる機材の仕入れではありません。 MicrosoftやZoomなどのプラットフォームと共に進化する「世界の最新ビデオ会議システム」を日本市場に展開し、新しい働き方をデザインするプロダクトマネージャーとしての役割です。

◆具体的なミッション
・グローバル・ジャイアントとの共創
　・大手外資系メーカー（ベンダー）の日本市場における戦略パートナーとして、彼らの製品をどう日本で流行らせるか？という「ビジネスプラン」を描きます。
・トレンドの「目利き」になる
　・世界中の最新テック情報や市場データを収集。まだ誰も知らないような画期的なデバイスを発掘し、日本への導入を主導します。
・チームを動かす司令塔
　・社内の営業、マーケティング、エンジニアと連携し、あなたが選んだ製品がお客様の手に渡るまでのストーリー（プロモーションからサポート体制まで）をトータルプロデュースします。
・ビジネスパーソンとしての市場価値向上
　・仕入れ価格の交渉から販売戦略の立案まで、「商売の全工程」に関わるため、若くして経営視点やビジネス開発（BizDev）のスキルが圧倒的なスピードで身につきます。

※業務範囲が広く見えるかもしれませんが、マーケティングや技術サポート、物流などはそれぞれの専門チームが社内にいます。PMの役割は、彼らと連携してプロジェクトを前に進める「旗振り役」です。 周囲と協力しながら、少しずつできることを増やしていってください。

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

以下のいずれかに当て嵌まる方

・法人営業経験 2年以上（IT、通信、OA機器業界などの有形商材なら尚可）

・顧客へのソリューション提案や、見積書作成・プレゼンテーションの実務経験 ※Teams RoomsやZoom Roomsの知識がある方は、別途優遇条件にて選考します（必須ではありません）。

・IT・通信・OA機器関連業界での勤務経験（職種不問／2年以上）
　※営業、SE、販売スタッフなど、「IT製品を扱ったことがある」レベルでOKです。
・新しいガジェットやテクノロジーへの強い興味・関心
　※「新しい製品が出るとついスペックを調べてしまう」といった方を歓迎します。
・円滑なコミュニケーション能力
　※社内外の多くの人と関わるため、調整業務に抵抗がない方を求めます。
・基本的なPCスキル（Excel, PowerPoint）
　※資料作成経験があれば活かせます。
