Core Competencies: This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Finance Manager with the preparation of various filings, accounting research, and internal controls compliance for the Company. This role also supports the Finance Manager with maintaining books and records for the Company’s related-party entities and accounting for intercompany transactions.

This is an in-office position, expected to work primarily at the Harris Williams office in Downtown Richmond.

The Role:

  • Prepare workpapers, filings and financial statements supporting the Company’s financial statement audits and regulatory requirements in the USA, UK, and Germany.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors and third-party accounting service providers.
  • Assist in ensuring workpapers, filings, and financial statements are complete, accurate, and in full compliance with the applicable standards.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of workpapers prepared by other team members supporting financial reporting obligations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and document new accounting or disclosure standards. Support accounting for the Company’s related party entities by preparing GL account reconciliations, monitoring bank accounts, and preparing bookkeeping entries.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in accounting or finance (preferred).
  • CPA (preferred).
  • 2+ years of accounting and/or financial reporting experience (public accounting background highly valued).
  • Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent assignments. Professional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to generate sound professional relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.

Base Salary: $80,000-$95,000

  • Salaries may vary within the range based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. ​
  • Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
  • Application Window: Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for 48 business hours from 02/02/2026, although longer with business discretion.
