Summary of the Position:
The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the Property Management Office to provide seamless day to day operations. You will report to the Client Service Manager and will be located at Rockefeller Center.
The successful candidate will be organized, have an eye for detail and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality:
Be the first point-of-contact and concierge in the Property Management Office (PMO)
Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers and visitors
Promote Tishman Speyer’s ZO. amenity offerings
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer needs in a timely manner
Actively support the Property Management team in fostering long lasting relationships
Operations:
Provide support to ensure smooth operations of the PMO
Manage customer requests using our work order system and coordinate with building operations team
Assist the Client Service Manager (CSM) in distribution of monthly rent statements and processing invoices in a timely manner
Assist new customers with onboarding procedures
Schedule periodic contracted services with building vendors as needed
Update office files as and when required
Distribute daily freight elevator and loading dock schedule
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, overnight deliveries, and courier service
Maintain certificates of insurance for contractors, customers, and vendors
Update all directories and emergency contact lists as needed
Assist the Property Management team with projects and communication
About You:
Qualifications:
One to three years of experience in commercial real estate or the hospitality industry
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent
Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing

The base compensation range for this role is $58,500-$65,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.
This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer’s New York team, as we’ve considered factors specific to this geography.
