Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and user feedback to maintain reliability and efficiency within the business environment, contributing to the overall stability and success of organizational processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system health and escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting packaged applications in a business environment.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and end users.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Alteryx.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
