Our sales organisation is the fuel for Workday’s growth in the DACH region.
This phenomenal team of hardworking professionals plays a key role in guiding customers on a journey that can see them leave the limitations of legacy platforms behind and move forward with a new class of enterprise management cloud. As a team, we believe that in partnering with our customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long lasting value is super important.

About the Role

This role offers the exciting chance to create groundbreaking experiences within a global high-growth and innovative SaaS organisation that puts employees and customers first. This opportunity can be the entry-point for a growing sales career at the globally-leading enterprise cloud platform for Finance and HR in our modern offices in Berlin or Munich.

We are looking for students to support us on average 20 hours/week across semesters and holidays on an exciting array of strategic tasks.

Generate Awareness & Drive Growth:

  • Cross-functionally support demand generation planning and account planning to drive business growth
  • Assist in generating creative demand assets; partner across teams to ideate and innovate demand generation approaches and multimedia assets
  • Support specific demand campaigns and events together with the sales teams

Support our Sales Leaders and Strategy:

  • Facilitate sales program management, including cross-functional critical initiatives
  • Assist with internal communication, e.g., regional town hall meetings
  • Support sales enablement

Work with Customers and help us Win:

  • Prepare customer meetings with relevant background research and workshop assets
  • Assist in the creation and redaction of customer-facing proposal documents
  • Support and prepare internal team meetings on strategic deals

About You

  • Current student of a university or university of applied sciences with a focus on business informatics, business administration, marketing, media design, psychology or a related field
  • Analytical skills and ability to understand complex processes
  • Proactive, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Ability to drive topics end-to-end
  • Good communication skills in both English and German (business fluent)
  • MS Office and Google Suite; Salesforce / CRM tools as a Plus
