Job Responsibilities:
Self-operate Boutique
- Participates and assist to ensures a unique and exceptional retail client experience.
- Participates to the implementation of store administrative and operation tasks.
- Assist to monitor and providing support to store for pushing sales performance.
Retail Administrative and Operation
- Handle the administrative tasks within the department. (i.e. Work Permit, in-bound and out bound merchandize logistic)
- Handling requests and/or complaints from Retailers.
- Coordinate with Share Services Departments (e.g.: Hotel, Security, Housekeeping, FM, Brand Marketing and Finance) for daily operations and regular meetings.
- Assist to execute and deploy of marketing and promotional program.
- Participates and assist to retail lease and tenant management.
Job Requirements:
- Proactive attitude and good sense of responsibility with self-exploratory ability.
- Attention to detail, able to work accurately while meeting timeline.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Deliver operational duties and perform service standards and service excellency.
- Interest to learn arts and culture and hospitality industry and knowledge.
- Basic computer skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
