Opportunity 

As a Senior Designer at Envoy, you'll work with versatile teams across a broad range of work: websites, products, digital campaigns, brand systems, e-commerce, and more. You'll bring strategic ideas and turn them into thoughtful, beautiful experiences that put users first and drive results for our clients. 

 

This is a hybrid position based out of our Irvine office.

 

What You Will Do

• Work across all project stages—from early wireframes and concepting to visual design and handoff.
• Meet complex UX and UI challenges with taste, clarity, and attention to craft.
• Design work that's compelling and cool within client's brand guidelines.
• Be a sleeve-roller-upper; we're a small team of collaborative humans, so everyone works on—and cares about—everything.

 

Qualities and Qualifications 

• 7+ years of design experience, preferably at a product or interactive agency.
• A strong portfolio that shows your UX and UI experience across multiple platforms.
• Fluency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• A passion for design and eagerness to work with other creatives.
• A systems thinker with a strong track record of shipping high-quality work (we aim to build files that make our developers happy.)
• An enthusiastic, flexible, curious mindset; a champion for design culture.
• Comfortable experimenting with emerging tech—AI or new design tools—without needing to be an expert.

What We Offer 

The total compensation for this position (including base salary and benefits) is between $93,000 and $105,000. Please note that this range is a guide, not a guarantee, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, work location, and the evolving needs of the business.

Our Hiring Process 

We aim for an ideal time-to-hire of 35 days and are committed to making the interview process efficient, engaging, and enjoyable for every candidate.
